1. Who is the sender of the gift box/hamper I received from Bountiful Gifts?
The personalised message card in your hamper will include the name of the sender (provided they opted for one). The card can be found neatly placed on the top of your gift just as you open the outer box.
2. Can I include a personalised message in my hamper?
Yes, you can. If you are purchasing online through our website, you will need to enter your personalised message in the gift message box just above the ‘Add to basket’ button.
If you are ordering by email or telephone let our member of staff know you want a personalised message included and we will get this done.

3. Can you help with large corporate orders?
Yes, we are always happy to hear from corporate customers. Our gift hampers/boxes are a great as gifts for clients, customers, employees or for brand awareness. We are set up for corporate gifting services. Please check our Bespoke hamper page for more information about our corporate and bespoke services.
4. Can I order a bespoke hamper?
Yes you can. If you need a hamper different from our standard website offering, we supply bespoke hampers to small and large businesses as well as individuals. Simply tell us your requirement using the form on our Bespoke hamper page or contact us at email@example.com or 03333055112.
5. What information will I need to provide when requesting custom/bespoke hampers?
We will need the to know your estimated budget per hamper, number of hampers, expected delivery date, name and address of recipients, payment details and any gift message you want included.
6. Is it possible to order over the phone or by email?
Yes, it is. You can order by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 03333055112. A member of our team will get in touch and provide you to confirm your requirement and arrange payment.
7. Can you deliver to overseas addresses?
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. While we do not deliver to overseas addresses, you can order from overseas for delivery to a UK address.

9. What if I need to cancel my order?
It is possible to cancel orders before we dispatch them. However, as we attempt to dispatch all orders within 24hrs, it important to notify us as soon as possible before an order is dispatched. This can be done either online or by contacting our customer service team.
10. What if the recipient missed the delivery?
Courier companies leave a with contact details and instructions for the recipient to arrange re-delivery. If the recipient does not receive a response, the parcel will be returned to us and we will notify the buyer and may try to redeliver at the buyers cost.
